I just want to quickly introduce about myself and my company. My name is Hoc Phan and my area of focus is Web 2.0. I spent many years to do freelancing for web design, web application services.. for different companies including start-ups and enterprise.
Recently I just started a company with several partners in San Jose and Seattle and we created a team in Vietnam to outsource software. The expertise I gathered can manage to do anything for any company including PHP, .NET, Java, Flex, Silverlight, Database... We have done a lot of work relating to CMS, Social Networking, eCommerce...
My main goal is to serve the companies that have need to improve quality of outsourcing and are interested to have local relationship. I do work with some other companies to work out a deal to develop on new ideas.
