Looking for a Venture Assoicate Type for a PAID Contract Gig

I am almost done with the business plan for a new venture and am looking for someone to really tear it apart - alpha test it if you would. This deal is for  EARLY STAGE ANGEL investors. You should understand what that means and why it is called out.

Ideal person

- Has worked as a venture associate for an EARLY STAGE firm or angel.

- Is skilled at tearing apart financial models and knows where business plan models typically fall apart.

- Did I mention Has worked as a venture associate for an EARLY STAGE firm or angel?! I am OK if you are currently working in this capacity too but please note that I will require a non disclosure agreement.

The task is to go through the funding presentation tear it apart, again particularly the financials. That probably takes about 2 hours. Then spend 2 or 3 hours with me to debrief.

The goal is to understand or develop an appreciation for the perspective from the other side of the table.
