What is your company doing to effectively reduce travel spending?

Fuel costs keep rising, business fares increased by 12.4% in February compared to last year and airport car-rental rates have jumped at least 20% each week this month according to Yahoo news and the Associated Press.

Corporations are looking into radical alternatives to cut travel costs these days. However, there is only so much they can do to reduce their travel expense considering the distance and urgency to travel.
