Sr Technical Lead/Head Engineer

Bay Area based start-up is now searching for a Sr. technical lead/chief engineer who can take charge and continue with on-going development.    This would be an equity based position for the time being and could lead to co-founder position.   Creative, enthusiastic and hard-working are a must.   Need top notch technical skills and understanding.  Basic summary of site is that it is built out on AWS with php, mysql, flash and some ajax.   There is a large video component to the site so knowledge of and experience with flash, live streaming servers, ffmpeg would prove tremendously valuable.    Please email danfeuer@mymai.tv for more information.
